Ohio District Director Bro. Dr. Willis Lonzer has designated
February 2012 as the month to highlight our rich FRATERNAL history in Ohio. He
has named this Initiative in honor of the late Bro. Dr. Henry Lake Dickason, the first General President to have been elected from the
Buckeye State.

On college yards, observances of
fraternity involvement and discussions on college majors and professional
career paths options are suggested. It could coincide with the College Life to Corporate Life Initiative or C2C Partnership program. Dickason Initiative Collaboration is recommended with Alumni chapters to gain points for the Ohio District's Charles E. Wesley Award. (No Ohio chapters were named at the 2011 District Conference competition.)
